Overall Purpose of Job: Supports Logistics transaction planning and processing efforts to ensure all logistic activities within the group are delivered on time and in the most cost effective manner and ensuring customer expectations are being met in an efficient and effective manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Executes logistics and freight plans to support business and operational needs based on requirements stated in the business plans and budgets of individual entities and departments in line with group defined policies and  procedures
Makes useful recommendations for cost savings for more efficient and effective delivery methods. Manage the delivery process to minimize additional costs (i.e. demurrage).
Executes established Logistics plans in line with OES policies and procedures to support operational requirements of OES
Reviews existing Logistics procedures on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations to OES SCM on best value options available to OES
Oversees the smooth running of OES Logistics processes and procedures.
 Works to effectively remove any obstacles to ensure optimal delivery of services to the highest standards thereby achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Carries out vendors’ performance appraisal with support on key logistic vendors
Liaise with Finance dept and local banks on opening of LCs for imports and payment of clearing fees and duties and collection of necessary paperwork for import/export.
Co-coordinating imports/exports with agents and local authorities
Ensures that all other statutory requirements/permits are in place prior to importation (SONCAP, NAFDAC, NNRA etc.)
Ensures Container deposit refund are remitted in cases where the company makes financial commitment
Process the timely renewal of the ETLS Certificate and other regulatory agencies permits such as NAFDAC, SON etc.
Ensures customs agents process Temporary Importation Permits when required and ensures that TIP is properly closed at the end of TIP process
Interfaces with Government Officials from time to time as may be required on the job
Verifies custom clearing agents bills as well as other bills that may be presented by other stakeholders including shipping companies.
Produces/provides periodic updates and required management reports covering service ordering, order tracking, purchase orders and contracts, service order delivery scheduling and costs.
Works to effectively remove any obstacles to ensure optimal delivery of services to the highest standards thereby achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
With appropriate direction, assesses, and resolves service delivery issues; supports the negotiation of successful resolutions to problems or customer concerns.
Surveys customers to assess process and team performance; benchmarks other organizations (locally and internationally) for process ideas and solutions for achieving significant improvements in the quality of logistics support.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
2 - 4 years work experience, within a reputable and structured organization preferably an FCMG or  Oil and Gas multinational; prior General Administration experience is an advantage

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Drilling Engineer (SDE) function shall be a key member of the OEPL Drilling Team for preparing, planning and delivering wells in OEPL Assets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Assist in the location, set up and maintain OEPL operational base if applicable to include
Identify and organize well operations files in a project structure
Support and work with OEPL subsurface team on well engineering aspects of field development plan (FDP)
Prepare the well engineering aspects of well proposals and assess re-entry feasibility for existing wells
Develop and maintain/ensure technical integrity of the drilling and completions programs
Coordinate well planning and execution operations. 
Prepare and maintain the wells basis of design for all operations (drilling, completion and well test)
Organize peer reviews of the wells basis of design/programs (drilling, completions and testing)
Prepare technical input and attend Technical Committee meetings with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Have oversight and coordinate Wellsite operations as well as logistics, equipment, material and personnel support

In depth knowledge of horizontal, deviated drilling, mud engineering, casing design, completions design and well testing.

JOB SUMMARY
The Terminal Engineer (TE)/Shift Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the functional availability of all operating equipment and infrastructure within Oando’s terminals and plants under his jurisdiction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
Coordinate and maintain systematically aggressive maintenance crews in the terminals to ensure hitch free loading activities.
Maintain regular service program for all terminal and plant equipment in order to maintain maximum possible efficiency of the equipment.
Monitor the efficient and correct use of all equipment within the terminal.
Ensure that the Maintenance Crew adheres strictly to Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Participate in the FEED of all engineering projects related to the terminal or plant.
Ensure adequate monitoring and supervision of projects in the terminal/plant.
Recommend and generate reports for the phasing out of obsolete equipment as necessary.

JOB SUMMARY
The position incumbent supervises the installation, repair, and maintenance of retail outlet/ VMI equipment. The employee is required to plan and assign the work for a team of subordinate employees, to review work performance and ensure conformity with established methods, policies, and procedures.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and supervises Retail outlet/VMI maintenance activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of a team of subordinate employees.
Tracks scheduled work assignments to subordinate employees in line with service level agreement (SLA) with user departments using the maintenance report log.
Determines material, equipment, and spares and makes requisitions for spare parts to service Retail outlet/VMI equipments. 
Works in coordination with the Retail network maintenance manager, call center attendants, customer service units and Retail branch manager in order to ensure that retail outlet/VMI equipments have the barest minimal downtime.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors in sourcing for original maintenance materials and spares at competitive prices whilst ensuring that quality of work done are not compromised.
Ensures updated record of equipment data base at retail outlets/VMIs and keeps track of equipment movement by carrying out quarterly equipment data census.
Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
Supervise installation of new equipments at Retail outlets/VMI.
Performs on the job intervention subordinate employees on difficult maintenance tasks.

Maintain, meet and exceed current Commercial/Retail lubes Customer’s requirement

1.   ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

2.   JOB SUMMARY
The MIS Officer supports the Strategy & Planning Supervisor in carrying out Oando Gas & Power (OG&P) strategy, planning and performance monitoring functions.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide assistance in periodic updates of the 5-year strategic plan documents,including update of financial forecasts
  • Data gathering/studies and analysis on identified subject areas as required by Management and the Board from time to time
  • Carrying out bench-marking of OG&P activities against competition and best practices
  • Coordinating OG&P retreat and brainstorming sessions on specific issues
  • Facilitation of special projects aimed at achieving certain objectives
  • Coordination of preparation and collation of quarterly Board papers and reports and follow up on action points emanating from Board meetings
