HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Delivering high quality financial and operational audit across the company.
Communicate the basis, related risk and timing of the audits/projects to the management.
Act as a consultant to the management on highly significant matters relating to internal controls, financial policies, programs, capability and long range goals and objectives.

COMPETENCE:

Organization and time management
Delegation and resource management
Problem solving and strong analytical skills, process improvement skills etc

QUALIFICATION

Good first degree in accounting, finance or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Professional qualification – ICAN, ACA, ACCA
Minimum of five (5) years experience in finance and audit.

SKILLS
Ability to analyze, evaluate and review information pertaining to audits and audit reports.
Strong strategic orientation, demonstrable leadership, interpersonal and financial management skills.
