PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Business Development Executive is responsible for selling our products and services, developing and providing marketing support and strategies in the regions. It also has responsibility for ensuring that clients perceive, feel and experience the Company positively through timely and conclusive resolution of pre and post sales issues; and also assist in deepening their knowledge/understanding of happenings in the industry, and other related/incidental matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS:
Business Development – Marketing and Relationship Management has responsibilities to the following key stakeholder groups:
THE COMPANY:
• Provide marketing leads, developing strategies and providing support.
• Provide feedback from clients to the Company on how to improve products and services.
Clients:
• Making our products and services available at their convenience
• Timely and conclusive resolution of pre and post sales issues.
• Accurate information dissemination.
• All time amazing customer satisfaction.
EMPLOYEES:
• Assist staff/colleagues appreciate/ understanding Clients issues - feelings, attitude, desires and expectations, with a view to meeting those expectations.
• Sharing of field experiences/knowledge.
Key Performance Measures
• Weekly return of 150 filled RSA forms
• Excellent marketing strategies and deliveries that are in line with acceptable standards
• Timely and effective delivery of products and services, and prompt and conclusive response to inquiries.
• Increased commendation/positive feedback
• Elimination of communication gap
• Putting smiles on the faces of our Clients.
