thirty countries, offers its clientele exceptional marketing

The agency now seeks to strengthen its managerial ranks with the immediate appointment of a seasoned practitioner in the following position:
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be expected to assume immediate responsibility for
the management of a business team with a portfolio in excess of flt200 million per annum. In this role, you will also be expected to:
Develop a comprehensive new business development strategy for your team
Execute the business development strategy and also provide clients with innovative and clearly articulated solutions
Build and maintain superb client relations
THE PERSON
Aged between 30-35 years
Degree-qualified in the Arts or Social Sciences.
A minimum of 8 years' relevant cognate experience, with at least 3 years' direct managerial responsibility in a similar role
Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets on a sustainable basis
Strong leadership ability as well as good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Exceptional character and strong values which can positively impact the team
