POSITION: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITY
You will be required to coordinate all operations activity including integration of systems and roll out,
Enhance helpdesk,
Ensure customer service quality,
Leverage existing field support to provide direct and remote support,
Monitor and enforce problem resolution

QUALIFICATION
PMP/Prince 2 certification
BSc Computer Science (MBA/MSC is added advantage)
IT certifications (MCSC, CCNA, CCMP etc.)

REMUNERATION
Remuneration is huge, excellent perks. You will report directly to the CEO and manage three departments.
