We are a Real Estate and Property Conglomerate that requires the services of an experienced Property Lawyers with astute entrepreneurial skills. Under the direction of the Group Chief Executive the Property Lawyer will provide appropriate legal advice.

JOB TITLE: PROPERTY LAWYERS
JOB REF: PL

RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria
Preparation and registration of all the legal documents
Dealing with title issues as they arise. copied from: nigerianbestforum.com-
Advise on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Law
LLM will be an added advantage
Minimum 8 years post bar qualification
Candidate preferred between 30 -39 years old

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 6 years experience in real estate and property law
Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.
Knowledge of Microsoft office software
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

REMUNERATION: Very Competitive
