SECURITY GUARDS
At least three (3) years experience (preferably estate security)
DISPATCH RIDERS
At least five (5) years experience within Lagos, candidates must also possess the relevant Licenses, not less than 35 years
PLUMBERS
At least four (4) years experience
ELECTRICIANS
At least three (3) years experience
AIR CONDITIONER TECHNICIANS
At least three (3) years experience
SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
At least three (3) years experience
GENERATOR OPERATORS
At least five (5) years experience with knowledge in servicing and minor repairs
To qualify for any of the above positions, each applicants must have worked in a very reputableproperty investment company or any institution/organization specialized in his line of practicefor at least 3 years.
