LionSunConsulting is a PR and corporate communication agency based in Lagos, Nigeria, specialized in consulting German and international companies operating in Nigeria as well as other parts of anglo- and francophone West Africa. The following position is vacant.JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering calls and handling queries.
Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Writing minutes, taking dictation.
Planning, organizing and managing events, booking meetings.
Managing a budget.
Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
Preparing presentations.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Managing projects.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification HND
Required Experience Entry Level
Perfect skills in written English
Knowledge of techniques in mass communication / journalism (research a story, present a story etc)
Passion for social media.
Passion for fashion and lifestyle
HOW TO APPLY
