- REGISTERED ARCHITECT – Minimum of 8 years experience
- CIVIL ENGINEER – (Supervision) – Minimum of 5 years experience
- REGISTERED CIVIL CONSULTANT – Minimum of 8 years experience
- CADD ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER – Minimum of 3 years experience
