JOB TITLE: HEAD, FUNDS MARKETINGJOB LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The qualified candidate would perform responsibilities in:
- Deposit liability generation (marketing)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and procedural guidelines in daily activities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve set objectives
- Ensure healthy balance sheet for team members
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- A good degree in marketing or its equivalent
- A member of any relevant marketing institution e.g.NIM, CIBN
- A strong understanding and fluency in Yoruba is important for the Lagos based role
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years cognate experience with a proven track record in funds mobilisation
- Owns a strong customer based portfolio.
- Good presentation skills e.g. powerpoint
- Good communication skills (appearance, written and spoken)
- Good understanding of marketing and customer service delivery
- Analytical competence
- High standards of ethics and integrity
- Broad knowledge of service areas and business strategy (especially in Money & Capital market)
- Excellent customer relationship etiquettes
- Excellent time management skills
