The following positions are available for suitably qualified candidates:

BASE ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision of dedicated mechanical maintenance team
Responsible for the condition of dedicated vessels
Ensuring efficient time control and team work of dedicated team
Supervision of all dry dock maintenance.
Prepare dry-dock/maintenance report for dedicated vessels
Assessment of dedicated mechanical maintenance team
On the job training of dedicated team continually

KEY SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR:

Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work with detail but maintain an overview
Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment

EXPERIENCE:

You have worked in Marine Engineering Company
Seagoing experience on a vessel, minimum of 2nd Engineer level
Experience in an international environment is an asset

EDUCATION:
Degree in Marine Engineering discipline or 2nd Engineer certificate of competency

LANGUAGES:
Fluent in English

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

General supervision and maintenance of workshop activities
Manage and monitor spare pt overhauling
Keep inventory of special tools and usage
Maintain records of machine tool inspection in line with QSMS standard
Advise on stock requirements/stock adjustments
Assessment of dedicated workshop staff

KEY SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR:
