QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline
Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements
- Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
- Proven knowledge in market and customer research
- Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs
- Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry
- Good selling, marketing and customer relationship management and service delivery skills
- Proficient in sales report analysis, and able to handle and meet clients service needs
- Ability to gasp complex technical concepts quickly
- Flexible ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at a single instance within compressed times
- Innovative, stress tolerance decision-making skills
- Proven knowledge in market and customer research
