JOB TITLE: Dedusting System Engineer (REF: DSE)

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

To coordinate and work with team of PM, CCR, electrical, instrumentation, production engineering to ensure effective dedusting of plant operation.
Plan work order allocate job to team, fulfill LOTOTO and other safety requirements.
Obtain feedback for work order, ensure timely completion of task and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate and assist mechanical supervisors. PM team members, CCR, production engineer, shift leader for normal
operation and maintenance activities.
Plan for manpower availability in conjunction with Human Resources and Administration Departments.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safely standard within stipulated time frame.
Practice various techniques for RCA and keep record of critical maintenance activities for future reference and guidance.
Close work order executed with information relevant to the history other equipment.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in dedusting systems, function & maintenance of rotating equipment is required for the job.
Must be computer literate, conversant with cement manufacturing process.
Must be able to trouble shoot and propose corrective actions.
Must be able to work under pressure and possess communication, leadership. supervisory, presentation and analytical problem solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience. Experience in cement industry will be preferred.
