OFFSHORE OPERATION COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE SERVICE
1.1 CONTRACTOR undertakes to carry out the SERVICE as herein after described:

A) DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE:
To plan, monitor and coordinate the marine part of the development project with regard to procedures, quality, HSE, and schedule optimisation, ensuring that the worksare executed to the full satisfaction of Operations.
To ensure that subordinates and contractors are aware of and comply with HSE rules and regulations.

B) SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:

1. Be the point of contact for all marine related operations
2. For Contractors,
3. Within project team,
4. Within Project organisation (Logistic & Support Operations ‘LSO’, Field Operations),
5. With Company subsidiary. 
6. With external parties (Marine Warranty Surveyor ‘MWS’)
7. Plan communication flow process between all concerned parties and warrant proper implementation.
8. To pursue the HSE objectives defined by his hierarchical superiors.
9. Assist Contractors in elaborating bridging documents, SIMOPS, etc.
10. Monitor & coordinate marine operations, including:
11. Contractors vessels, installation barges, cargo barges,
12. Company supply vessels, tankers, security boats, etc,
13. Trigger MWS audits & inspections,
14. Assist planner in follow-up of marine operation schedule,
15. Monitor & coordinate logistic between shore and site of
16. Company and Contractor personnel (helicopters),
17. Containers (food, waste, etc),
18. Fuel.
19. To submit a weekly report to his hierarchical superiors and check daily reports from site during naval operations.
20. Establish road-book for activities mentioned above.
21. To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The SERVICES will take place in the following location:
Lagos area, Nigeria at offices designated by COMPANY
