JOB TITLE: FIELD MAINTENANCE MANAGER
REPORTS TO: MANAGED SERVICES

ACCOUNTABILITIES   
1. Explore operator network O&M outsourcing requirements, develop competitive, customized network O&M solution, i.e managed services solution to satisfy operator’s needs;
2. Be responsible for designing and developing managed services business and profit mode;
3. Research managed services business in telecom field, design and develop managed services SOW, service mode, tools, processes, cost estimation and pricing strategy and solution;
4. Identify the main risks among periods from operator’s requirements analysis, services bidding, negotiation, contract signing, to delivery, and set the control points and methods;
5. Provide the assistance to managed services bidding and delivery for managed services successful operating.
6. Implementation of MS project delivery. Be responsible for MS project indices such as project progress, quality and customer satisfaction. Submit service quality analysis report of MS project delivery periodically and take necessary measures to improve the service quality.

WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years experiences in telecommunications maintenance

COMPETENCIES   
Energetic and studious; be able to travel At least 3 years FM Management experience Experience in Generator, solar power system, satellite transmission or sites security is preferred Familiar with managed services business mode, experience in managed services field. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
