JOB TITLE: DISPATCH OFFICER
LOCATION: LAGOS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving initial calls

Entering info into the computer

Prioritizing calls

Deciding who the proper response personnel are

Tracking calls for the specific time of disposition

Communicate with all field units by radio

Communicating the wants and needs of the public to the proper agency or department

Receiving the needs of the units in the field, and then determining how to assist

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum educational qualifications is OND

1-3 years experience
