Direct and participate in growth activities including establishment of JVs, registration of new entities, Acquisitions etc.

Assist in market development, including participation in road shows, bank meetings etc. 

Lead and Manage business change projects related to the firm’s structure, business operations and financial management

Communication with regulators, rating agencies, tax authorities and other external bodies

Maintain control systems to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the accounting records

Assist CEO in managing corporate governance and internal controls

Degree from a reputable institution

Masters’ Degree will be an added advantage
