GENERAL MANAGER – INSURANCE BROKING

We are an insurance broking firm repositioned to provide full service professional insurance advisory services with the objective of attaining market leadership in chosen core areas of the business in search for a GENERAL MANAGER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The desired skills set, training and experience of a suitable person for the position include the following:
BSC or HND in Insurance, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
Professional insurance qualification - ACIIN
An MBA or Master in Marketing will be an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years experience in the insurance industry with the ;Berger part in insurance brokerage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer relationship management training and or specific experience
People management training and or job related experience
