Our client a communication firm with interest in Television and Radio is looking to fill the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, PortHarcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenogoa, Enugu, Maidugri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS - DS/CSO 201140
CORE DUTIES:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
- University Degree/ HND
- Post NYSC experience
