We are currently seeking qualified personnel to join our team for an anticipated USAID project in trade and transport. The roles we are seeking are the following:

EXPORT DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION SPECIALISTS
POSITION: CHIEF OF PARTY (CoP)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall management, strategic direction and financial oversight for project, and represent the project to all key stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and leadership in organizational development of technical and administrative staff, and oversee sub-contractor relationships
Monitor progress towards project objectives, prepare deliverable to USAID as required, and ensure overall project compliance with USAID and Deliotte regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Masters Degree in economics marketing, or trade
- Minimum of 15 years should be in Africa
- Excellent communication skill, overseas development experience and a thorough understanding of trade issues in West Africa and particularly in Nigeria
- Prior Chief of party experience is desirable
- Previous USAID experience mandatory
- Required English language fluency
