The candidate must be a lawyer with an average age of 40-50 years old and have at least 10 years working experience in a reputable property organization.


The candidate must have at least 7-10 years experience with a property management company/hotel and must be a graduate of mechanical/electrical engineering with ample experience in the maintenance of high rise buildings.

The experienced candidates are expected to have at least 5 years experience in the monitoring and management of cleaning activities both internally and in the grounds of luxury apartments or serviced office buildings.

The candidates must have at least 2 years marketing or sales experience.Interested candidates should also be university graduates,HND or OND holders.
